Job Title: TIBCO EBX support/MDM Support Engineer
Location:PAN INDIA(IN OFFICE)
Experience: 8 + Years
Job Role:
Provide L2 and L3 support for TIBCO EBX MDM platform and related business applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA targets.
Support Master Data domains including Customer, Product, Supplier, Material, Reference Data, and Organizational data.
Manage workflows, data models, validation rules, permissions, and hierarchy management within EBX.
Monitor integrations with SAP, ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, ETL, and other enterprise systems.
