We are looking for a skilled Lead Automation Tester with experience in FM/Banking to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in automation testing and lead the development of automated tests.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain automated tests for financial applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Design and implement test automation frameworks and tools.
Analyze and troubleshoot defects found during automated testing.
Mentor junior testers in automation testing best practices.
Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of automation testing principles and technologies.
Experience working on financial applications is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard testing frameworks and tools.
