Provide counselling sessions to clients through face-to-face engagements.
Becoming the quality gatekeeper (Supervision/Quality Reviews).
Conducting workshops and webinars.
Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns.
Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage appointments through the YourDOST portal.
Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
