Role & responsibilities
Manage shift-wise production operations and achieve daily production targets.
• Handle manpower deployment, attendance and contract labour coordination.
• Monitor production, line efficiency, downtime, wastage and process deviations.
• Coordinate breakdown maintenance and ensure timely line restoration.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, manpower details.
• Ensure proper shift handover, housekeeping, 5S and workforce discipline.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions for productivity improvement.
