Role & responsibilities
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent requirements, and establish candidate profiles for various roles within Construction, EPC and Data Centre etc.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including Vendor Partners, Job boards, social media, qualified networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging internal and external resources.
Screen, assess, and interview potential candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and alignment with the company's culture and values.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring a smooth and productive interview process for all parties involved.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation using the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant tools.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize sourcing strategies, streamline processes,



and implement best practices to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies and recruitment trends to continuously improve sourcing and talent acquisition techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Profile
Mandatory experience in EPC / Construction / Infrastructure Projects / Data Centre industry.
Proven experience in volume hiring / bulk recruitment across multiple functions and project requirements.
Experience in team handling, mentoring, target management, and driving recruitment closures through a team.
Robust track record of sourcing and attracting talent through multiple channels, including vendor management, job portals, direct sourcing, networking, and social media.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates, high-volume requirements, tight TATs, and geographically distributed project
MBA full time mendatory.
