Role & responsibilities
Conduct induction, refresher, on-the-job, and process training for employees and contract workforce.
Develop and deliver training programs based on operational and client requirements.
Train housekeeping, stewarding, F&B;, and facility management teams.
Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance.
Conduct training on SOPs, GMP, QMS, safety, hygiene, cleaning, sanitization, and documentation.
Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with clients and site teams to identify training requirements.
Support audit readiness through employee awareness and compliance training.
Promote continuous improvement and service quality through structured training.

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced Trainer / Training & Operations Manager with 10+ years of experience in Facility Management, Soft Services, Housekeeping, Administration, and Training & Development.

Currently handling Training & Operations for the Hyderabad/Telangana Region, with robust expertise in employee training, induction, refresher training, SOP training, housekeeping standards, GMP/QMS compliance, safety, hygiene, customer service, and operational excellence.
