Robust knowledge of SEBI regulations and hands-on experience in compliance within the Indian capital market
Required Candidate profile
Compliance experience in a SEBI-registered PMS, RIA, or AIF entity.
Solid knowledge of SEBI regulations, PMLA, KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, and regulatory reporting.
LLB/CS/CA/CFA qualification preferred.
