Manage high-budget and high-priority search mandates, ensuring solid delivery against demanding client expectations.
Partner closely with CEOs, founders, boards, CHROs, and business heads to understand leadership requirements and define candidate profiles.
Develop sophisticated market maps, talent pools, competitor landscapes, and succession pipelines.
Identify and engage passive senior-level talent through research, networks, referrals, and targeted executive outreach.
Assess candidates on leadership capability, strategic thinking, cultural fit, career trajectory, compensation, and motivation.
Build and maintain solid relationships with senior executives and leadership talent across industries.




Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and candidate experience.
Lead client interactions, provide market intelligence, present shortlisted candidates, and manage search progress.
Drive offer management, compensation discussions, notice-period negotiations, and successful mandate closure.
Develop long-term relationships with clients and contribute to repeat business and current mandate opportunities.
Mentor and guide junior researchers/recruiters on executive search methodologies and best practices.
