Role & responsibilities
Design and develop Chiller plastic & sheet metal components/subsystems.
Robust knowledge of Creo, 2D/3D drawings, GD&T;, ASME Y14.5 & tolerance stack-up.
Experience in DFMEA/PFMEA, DFM/DFA, material selection and design calculations.
Basic knowledge of ANSYS/FEA and CFD.
Ensure compliance with BIS, IS-QCO and relevant standards.
Support prototyping, testing, validation and troubleshooting of design/field issues.
Knowledge of HVAC/AC, especially Split AC, is preferred.
Six Sigma knowledge is an added advantage.
