Service Advisor – Roles & Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand vehicle service requirements, complaints, and concerns.
Create job cards, record customer concerns, and coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repairs.
Explain service estimates, repair details, costs, and timelines to customers.
Monitor vehicle service progress and ensure timely delivery as per commitment.
Coordinate with workshop team, technicians, and spare parts department for smooth service operations.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service updates and approvals.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries and providing excellent service experience.
Promote additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages as per customer needs.
Handle customer complaints professionally and support quick resolution.
Maintain service records, follow-ups, and achieve service targets as per dealership standards.
