Your role will also include mentoring team members and contributing to the overall success of delivery engagements, ensuring that emerging ideas are brought to life in a meaningful way.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
Solid understanding of business process analysis and improvement.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with change management principles.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
