Job Summary

We are looking for an Employee Care Team Associate – HR Shared Services to join our team in Pune. The role involves providing excellent customer support to US, USA, UK and Canada-based employees/customers through international voice support.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication, customer service, problem-solving and query-resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle international inbound and outbound voice calls from US, UK and Canada customers/employees.
Provide qualified and timely support while interacting with international customers.
Understand and resolve employee queries related to Payroll, Benefits and other HR-related services.
Troubleshoot customer/employee concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high service quality.
Follow defined SOPs, processes and quality standards.




Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Meet defined quality, productivity, SLA and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / International Voice Process.
Experience handling international voice calls is mandatory.
Experience interacting with US/USA, UK or Canada customers/clients/employees.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
Candidates with experience in Payroll, Advantages, HR Shared Services or Employee Support will be preferred.
