Whats the role?

Based at Hilti India’s Head Office in Gurgaon, you will support reliable warehouse operations through SAP transactions, Excel reporting,

performance tracking, and coordination with Sales, Warehousing, Transportation, and logistics partners. Your work will help improve

service reliability, data accuracy, and customer experience.

What does the role involve?
Coordinate orders, inventory, dispatches, deliveries, returns, and operational exceptions across internal teams and logistics

partners.
Execute SAP transactions and maintain accurate operational records.
Maintain Excel trackers and prepare regular performance reports.
Monitor service levels and pending actions, escalate deviations, and ensure timely closure.
Ensure compliance with Hilti standards, HSE requirements,



and operating procedures while supporting Lean improvements.

What you need is?
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
One to three years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, order management, or inventory support.
Working knowledge of SAP and Excel, including formulas, lookups, data management, and reporting.
Understanding of warehouse, inventory, order fulfilment, dispatch, transportation, and returns processes.
Robust analytical, communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
