We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Temenos - Infrastructure Lead to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure management and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage current infrastructure projects.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize infrastructure needs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for infrastructure management.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of IT infrastructure management principles and practices.
Experience with Temenos technology is preferred.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
