We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, positive communication, candidate-handling abilities, and experience in closing positions across different levels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Conduct HR screening and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
Handle candidate queries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.
Support joining formalities and coordinate pre-joining follow-ups
