Role & responsibilities

Follow up with customers who have missed payments or have overdue accounts.

Make regular calls and send reminders to customers regarding due payments.

Ensure that collections are made according to company guidelines, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Maintain accurate records of payments and update customer details in the system.

Build and maintain skilled relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.

Properly document all communications and agreements with customers to avoid disputes
