Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement REST APIs.
Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
Test software to ensure responsiveness, correctness and efficiency.
Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
Build AI-enhanced or agent-driven backend features using tools like LangChain or CrewAI.
Troubleshoot application-related issues and work with the infrastructure team to triage Major Incidents.
Experience in analyzing/researching solutions and developing/implementing recommendations accordingly.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
One or more years of skilled experience.
Expertise in JavaScript (ES6) and NodeJS is a must.
Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
In-depth knowledge of frameworks like ExpressJS and Restify.
Experience in building backend services for handling data at large scale is a must.




Ability to architect high availability applications and servers on cloud adhering to best practices.
Microservices architecture is preferable.
Experience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.
Experience writing complex SQL queries.
In-depth knowledge of NodeJS concepts like event loop.
Ability to perform technical deep-dives into code.
Understanding of communication using WebSockets.
Good understanding of clean architecture and SOLID principles.
Basic knowledge of AWS and Docker containerization is preferable.
Experience in Python is a plus.
Familiarity with Git.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, assist in code reviews, and support productive coding practices is a must.
