Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day customer service operations and ensure adherence to defined SLAs and service standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, escalations, and critical issues with a solid focus on timely resolution.
Lead,



train and monitor the performance of the customer service team in the location
Track Customer Satisfaction and other service KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with relevant cross-functional teams for effective and timely issue resolution.
Monitor service performance, identify recurring customer issues, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and ensure adherence to customer service processes, SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and achieve business objectives.
