Key Responsibilities
Keep test motorcycles in valuable running condition.
Perform routine motorcycle maintenance and basic repairs.
Carry out vehicle checks before test rides.
Mount and remove outriggers on motorcycles.
Prepare motorcycles for testing and customer demonstrations.
Flash ABS ECUs and other control units using approved tools and procedures.
Maintain records of software versions loaded on motorcycles.
Maintain mechanic tools, workshop equipment, spare parts and consumables.
Keep the workshop clean and follow protected working practices.
Support Bosch engineers during testing and troubleshooting activities.
Build positive working relationships with customer teams and workshop colleagues.
Support movement of vehicles and equipment between project locations.

Required Qualification and Experience
ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
Experience in motorcycle maintenance, workshop operations or vehicle testing.
Hands-on mechanical skills and basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems.
Basic computer knowledge for records and simple documentation.
