Job Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and project budgets based on drawings and project requirements.
Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for civil construction projects.
Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine material and labor requirements.
Prepare project billing and assist in preparing client and contractor bills.
Review measurements, quantities, and rates to ensure accuracy in billing.
Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings as required for estimation and project execution.
Coordinate with project/site teams to collect measurements and verify executed quantities.
Maintain estimation, billing, BOQ, and project-related documentation.
Assist in monitoring project costs and identifying variations or discrepancies.
