Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
Manage and allocate labour as per project requirements and work schedules.
Handle workforce attendance, productivity, and day-to-day labour coordination.
Supervise township development projects, ensuring work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Monitor construction activities related to roads, sewage, drainage, and other civil works.
Read and understand civil drawings, layouts, and site plans.
Monitor quality, materials, measurements, and work progress at the site.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and project management teams.
Ensure work is completed within planned timelines and follows safety procedures.
Maintain daily site reports, labour records, measurements, and progress updates.
Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the engineering team for timely resolution.
