Roles and Responsibility: GR Implementation




Participation in the AS IS Phase of the project and step-by-step analyzing of the current business process of the client of Consolidation.
Preparation of Business Blue Print (BBP) with the client s current process, expected solution, and deliverables after analyzing the challenges in development and available functions of the product.
Preparation of Demo for the client for understanding of the system and demonstrating the available functionality to the targeted audience and the management.
Development of the client requirement as per BBP, interaction with the client, and enhancing the solution as per requirement.
Scope of work included Legal Consolidation, Fiori Reports, and AFO report.
