Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate final selection.
Negotiate offers and manage the joining process.
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Onboarding & Employee Orientation
Ensure smooth onboarding for current hires.
Conduct induction and orientation programs.
Complete joining formalities, documentation, and employee records.
Coordinate with departments for workstation, IT access, and training requirements.
Support current employees during the probation period.

HR Operations & Generalist Functions
Maintain employee databases and HR documentation.
Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain HR MIS,



reports, and employee records.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Identify training and development needs.
Assist in creating learning and development programs.
Support audits and statutory compliance activities.
Generate recruitment, attrition, and workforce analytics reports.

Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee concerns and grievances.
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Organize employee events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
510 years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
Robust knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
