Responsibilities
Demonstrated expertise in telecom revenue assurance with a solid understanding of billing validation and revenue leakage monitoring. Proficient in identifying fraud risks and anomalies through detailed process and controls review. Experienced in analyzing disputes and supporting structured resolution of billing and revenue-related issues. Ability to work across teams and customer stakeholders to validate findings and drive issue resolution. Robust understanding of control-driven consulting approaches within TMT risk and process environments.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management
