Job Summary

Production Technician

Location: Elgin, IL

Responsibilities
Operation of process equipment and others as assigned in a protected and efficient manner.
Assist others to provide an organized and clean workplace including: all areas of the plant, workstations, equipment, walkways, and locker rooms.
Possess robust organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as a team.
Ability to self-start yet take orders as directed.
Other duties assigned.

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
Two years experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Experience and/or background in equipment operations such as molding rubber components, spraying adhesives and grit blasting metals.
Computer Familiarity.




Positive English reading and comprehension skills.
Must be available to work split shift.
Candidate must have a strong desire to be a part of a high growth company with a results-oriented culture.
Ability to move and lift up to 40 pounds.
Recent hire would start on first shift (6am - 2pm) for purposes of training.
This position is compliant to US government ITAR requirements.
