Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Proper Preventive Maintenance for Cell Line Production Area.
Spearhead improvements in Preventive Maintenance activity for equipment in all clusters for MSPVL Cell lines.
Ensuring equipment up-time and fitness.
Making MIS /reports about the machine availability time and issues.
Closely work on the issues and resolve those quickly to avoid production loss.
Improving OEE, TPM Activities,
Active participation in Indigenisation of spare parts.
Ensuring of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S,3M,JIT,Suggestion Scheme,OEE,TPM,SMED Systems on Production Floor.
Drive systematic root cause analysis in MSPVL Cell maintenance team, across all clusters
