Non-Negotiable Requirements
15+ years of experience in Renewable Energy, Solar PV, EPC, or PMC projects.
Experience on Utility-Scale Solar PV Projects (250 MW+).
PMC/EPC package leadership experience.
Exposure to Pooling Substations, Grid Integration, Testing & Commissioning.
Preference for candidates with experience on 500 MW+ Solar Parks or Renewable Energy Projects.

Job Description:

The Solar PMC Package Manager will lead package-level oversight for large-scale Solar EPC projects, serving as the key interface between the Client, EPC Contractors, OEMs, and PMC teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Solar PMC disciplines and construction management resources.
Review EPC readiness, construction sequencing, resources, and execution plans.




Monitor project progress, risks, quality, safety, and commissioning readiness.
Coordinate testing, energization, grid integration, and HOTO activities.
Drive closure of critical constraints and punch points impacting project milestones.
Prepare package status reports, escalation registers, and readiness recommendations.

Key Deliverables
Weekly and Monthly Package Progress Reports.
Constraint & Escalation Register.
Commissioning and HOTO Readiness Reports.
COD Readiness Recommendations.

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
Master's Degree or PMP certification preferred.
15+ years of Solar PV, BESS, EPC, or PMC experience.
Experience on Utility-Scale Solar Projects (250 MW+).
Robust knowledge of Solar Parks, Pooling Substations, Power Evacuation, Grid Integration, and Commissioning.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience on 500 MW to 1 GW+ Solar Projects.
Solar + BESS project experience.
Experience managing multiple EPC contractors and stakeholder interfaces.
