Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire customers for Personal Loans.
Drive monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
Source business through DSA, DST, direct sales and open-market activities.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Conduct market visits and identify recent business prospects.
Explain loan products, eligibility and documentation requirements to customers.
Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement.
Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth processing.
Ensure proper documentation and quality sourcing.
Maintain daily sales reports and track the sales pipeline.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Min 1 year of experience in Personal Loan / Retail Loan / Banking sales.
Experience in field sales, DSA/DST or direct sourcing preferred.
