We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment coordination and support hiring requirements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic screening and initial candidate interviews.
Understand candidate profiles and assess suitability against job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and pipelines.
Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback and status updates.
Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from screening to offer and closure.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Valuable communication and candidate-handling skills.
Solid follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
