Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and achieve monthly Business Loan / Micro Business Loan / MSME Loan targets.
Develop and manage relationships with DSA, DST, channel partners and dealer networks.
Identify new business prospects and expand the sourcing channel.
Drive customer acquisition through market visits and channel sourcing.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.
Ensure quality sourcing, proper documentation and timely login/disbursement.
Monitor daily sales activity, pipeline and conversion ratios.
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
Track competitor activities and market trends to generate recent business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
26 years of experience in Business Loans / Micro Business Loans / MSME / SME / LAP sales.
Experience in DSA / DST / Channel Sales preferred.
