Lead end-to-end tendering activities, including e-tenders and reverse auctions.
Review tender documents and ensure timely, accurate & compliant bid submissions.
Drive commercial negotiations with utilities, DISCOMs and institutional customers.
Develop effective bidding & pricing strategies to maximize conversion and profitability.
Lead the tendering team in post-tender follow-ups, negotiations and order finalization.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Monitor tender pipeline, market competition and current business opportunities.
Guide, mentor and drive the team towards tendering and business targets.
