CLM Officer

Key Skills
4 to 6 years of experience in AML/KYC, Financial Crime Compliance, or Client Lifecycle Management within Banking or Financial Services.
Solid understanding of AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and Sanctions Screening.
Demonstrated experience in managing Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities, including client onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, and maintenance.
Valuable working knowledge of Financial Institution (FI) KYC requirements and the review of corporate and institutional client documentation.
Experience conducting KYC risk assessments, identifying documentation gaps, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Proficiency in Fenergo (preferred) and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to make risk-based decisions.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coordinating with Compliance, Operations, Front Office, and clients.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet quality and turnaround time expectations.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting global AML/KYC onboarding and periodic review processes.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to Financial Institutions and Corporate Banking clients.
Track record of driving process improvements and maintaining high-quality compliance standards.
