Client & H.O. query resolving

Client related details update in Air table database & Updating of PO, Invoice & DC tracking sheet

Client & Vendor Ledger reconciliation

Any other work assigned by Zonal Head & H.O.

Connect with transporter for submission of declaration for non-deduction of tds.





Sharing with Client required details for PRESPL Vendor onboarding

Client Ledger creation

Ensuring Courier of hard copy of invoices to clients on time

Ensuring Upload of invoices in client portal on time

Sheet maintain for consumption of shared & consumption entry in tally

Docs. Sharing for Legal case for advance to vendor

Job Work related data maintain & invoice booking

Work in absence of finance & MIS (Sale, BR, Inventory, BP report, Collection entries, Supplier invoice processing)

Purchase register

Sale details sheet & Sale Register

Update of monthly sale in BD Sheet

Costing Matrix Preparation (Recent & Existing Clients)

Proposal Costing (BOOT & O&M; Models)

Cost Centre Expenses Tracking & Control

Reporting of Inventory at yards

Physical Verification of Inventory
