Responsibilities
Own hiring strategy and partner with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Understand technical requirements and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
Source and engage candidates through social media, skilled networks, and creative channels.
Screen applications and conduct initial phone interviews.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and hiring activities.
Maintain candidate communication, follow-ups, and recruitment status tracking.
Support employer branding and improve candidate experience.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.

Experience working with remote teams and collaboration platforms.
Proven ability to recruit in a rapid-paced setting.
Strong stakeholder management and experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership.
