Site Management:
Oversee and coordinate all in office construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Manage and supervise site personnel, including subcontractors.
Setting Out and Surveying:
Accurately set out the works from engineering drawings and specifications.
Conduct regular site surveys to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical guidance and support to site teams.
Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during construction.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.




Identify and address any defects or non-conformances.
Progress Monitoring:
Monitor and track project progress against the schedule.
Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project managers.
Identify and mitigate potential delays.
Material Management:
Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.
Monitor material deliveries and ensure they meet specifications.
Health and Safety:
Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Promote a secure working workplace.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain clear and effective communication channels.
