We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day human resources operations while supporting employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR administration, with the primary focus on employee lifecycle management and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.

Support attendance, leave management, and HRIS administration.

Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

Handle employee queries and promote positive employee relations.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness programs.

Support payroll by providing accurate employee data and documentation.

Prepare HR reports, letters, and other administrative documents.

Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.





Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.Screen resumes for open positions and maintain candidate records.Support hiring managers during the recruitment process.Assist with offer documentation and pre-joining formalities.

Qualifications :
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Robust communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software

Preferred Skills:
Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and coordination skills
