Job Description / Responsibilities
Provide hands-on administration and support for SAP BASIS and SAP HANA settings.
Perform SAP S/4HANA implementation, configuration, administration, and ongoing support activities.
Manage SAP system installations, upgrades, patches, transports, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Handle SAP Role & Authorization management, including user administration, role creation, assignment, and access troubleshooting.
Configure and support SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring, administration, and application lifecycle activities.
Work with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and integrate SAP systems with cloud-based services.
Configure and maintain SAP Cloud Connector for secure connectivity between on-premise systems and SAP BTP.
Support SAP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes and tools.
Monitor system performance, availability, jobs, logs, backups, and overall SAP system health.
