Job Summary:
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to handle customer inquiries, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate call records and reports. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer inquiries via calls and chats.
Follow up with customers and resolve queries.
Maintain call records, customer details, and daily reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
Prior telecalling or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
