Role & responsibilities
Lead functional setup, assessment, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Configure and manage finance processes including:
Chart of Accounts
Dimensions
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Financial reporting
Support CRM-related functionalities within Business Central.
Analyze business processes and recommend ERP best practices.
Work closely with client stakeholders for successful adoption and process alignment.
Enable dashboards, reporting, and workflow automation.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, and customizations.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and process improvement recommendations.
Identify automation prospects using AI, Copilot, and Power Platform.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consulting.
Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes.
Experience in ERP implementation and stakeholder management.
Expertise in configuring COA, Dimensions, AP/AR, and reporting modules.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently with US stakeholders.
