Responsibilities
Prepare and analyse financial, MIS, and management reports.
Support P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
Assist with month-end and periodic financial closing.
Manage and reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Analyse revenue, expenses, costs, and financial variances.
Support Budget vs Actuals analysis and financial reporting.
Prepare financial schedules and management insights.
Ensure accurate and complete accounting records.
Improve and automate finance processes using Excel, ERP, and AI tools.
Support senior finance teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Hands-on experience with P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
Knowledge of AR, AP, month-end closing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Ability to understand transaction flows through the ledger, trial balance, and financial statements.
Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
