Requires 4 to 7+ years of hands-on Meta buying for D2C or consumer brands, including at least 2 years at meaningful scale and direct ownership of USD 300,000-plus monthly spend for a single brand or dedicated account.
Robust account architecture, budget authority, contribution-margin thinking, creative testing, Meta Ads Manager, CAPI, catalogue and DPA, attribution and reconciliation across Meta, Shopify and analytics platforms are mandatory.
Four hours of overlap with 9 AM1 PM US Eastern time is required.
