Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
10+ years of SAP experience, including substantial SAP project management experience.
Minimum 5+ years of SAP Project/Program Management experience.
At least one complete SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation experience is highly preferred.
Candidates with robust S/4HANA AMS/support project management experience will also be considered.
Robust knowledge of SAP Activate methodology; experience with ASAP methodology is an advantage.
Experience managing SAP projects through phases such as Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle and project deliverables.




Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams and multiple workstreams.
Solid understanding of SAP testing, data migration, integration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
Experience with project management tools such as SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.
Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Experience working with global/distributed teams and offshore/onsite delivery models.
