Job SummarynCompany is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales function, manage HNI clients, drive revenue growth, and ensure effective performance of the entire sales team.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong client-handling and team-management skills, be comfortable working with HNI/VIP customers, and be willing to personally visit clients whenever required.

- Understand customer requirements and ensure excellent customer experience.n
- Personally visit important clients whenever required to develop and strengthen relationships.n
- Drive repeat business and referrals from premium customers.n

2. Sales & Revenue Growthn

- Take ownership of sales targets and revenue growth.n
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer acquisition.n




- Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.n
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.n
- Track market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.n

3. Sales Team Managementn

- Lead, motivate and monitor the complete sales team.n
- Allocate targets and responsibilities to team members.n
- Review individual and team performance regularly.n
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance/coaching to team members.n
- Ensure discipline, productivity and achievement of sales targets.n

4. Sales Coordination & Operationsn

- Supervise the Sales Coordinator and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.n
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads, enquiries, orders and customer requirements.n
