nSalary:- 4.50 LPA (Plus upto 35K incentives monthly)

nResponsibilities :-
n1.Manage and grow a portfolio of customers through regular virtual interaction on calls.
n
n2.Understand customer banking needs and recommend suitable Kotak products such as savings accounts, investments, insurance, loans, and digital solutions.
n
n3.Ensure high standards of customer service, relationship deepening, and cross-selling.
n
n4.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining compliance and quality parameters.
n
n5.Provide quick resolution to customer queries and ensure seamless digital banking experience.
n
n6.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.
