We are looking for a warm, articulate, and solutions-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Head Office team and be the voice of our brands to our customers.
nRole Overview
nThe Customer Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and feedback across our group brands — ensuring every customer interaction reflects the premium standard our brands are known for.
nKey Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media in a timely and professional mannern
- Coordinate with store teams to resolve customer issues related to orders, exchanges, repairs, and after-sales servicen
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM/tracking systemn
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and gather feedbackn




- Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the relevant department or managementn
- Assist with outbound communication for promotions, appointment reminders, or customer engagement initiativesn
- Maintain a courteous, patient, and brand-appropriate tone in all customer interactionsn
- Prepare periodic reports on customer queries, complaint trends, and resolution turnaround timen

nRequirements

- n
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplinen
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, luxury, or hospitalityn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English)n
- Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressuren
- Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and messaging platformsn
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detailn
- Presentable and professional demeanor, in line with luxury brand standardsn
