- Key Accountabilities:

Recording the actual chemical consumption at end of every shift.
Assist in roll turn up and continuous runnability
Calibrate the chemical pump to maintain the machine stability / secure flow of chemical as instructed by machine tender.
Write the required report and centreline parameters and checklist report for the assigned area.
Monitoring sheet for defects, such as dirt, slime spots, holes, wrinkles, sheet profile and marks defective portions for Jumbo roll
Assist Machine Tender for machine performance, runnability & required overall equipment efficiency.
Assist Machine Tender in trouble shooting the machines whenever needed.
Operate crane & make necessary arrangement of spool & jumbo roll.
Responsible for good housekeeping in the work place (Hood, Wire, felt ,chemical skid, etc. ), follow & involve in the lean manufacturing, 5S activities in assigned area.
Clear marking on defective part, joint, edge break in jumbo roll,



writing the batch number and characteristics over each jumbo roll.
Execute activities related to his function in safe and environmental friendly methods.
To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager

- Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:
- Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Diploma with 1-3 Years of experience in the same field.
