➢ Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems, pipe supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for gas, steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial production and processing systems, applying knowledge of system operation, and following blueprints. ➢ Selects type and size of pipe, and related materials and equipment, such as supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, according to specifications. ➢ Fitter performs on pipes and metal include but are not limited to: Threading Bending Grinding Fabricating Fit-up Brazing Cutting ➢ To comply with the Quality and HSE standards and to report the concerned in case of any non compliance of the above standards noticed. ➢ The employee is required to perform other duties associated with the position at all times.
➢ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in gas/LPG, fuel, or industrial piping works. ➢ Experience with CS, SS piping with butt jointing. ➢ Ability to read and understand P&ID;, isometric drawings and piping layouts.



➢ Experience in pipe fitting, alignment, installation and support. ➢ Knowledge of flanges, valves, unions, threaded fittings and gaskets. ➢ Experience with bolting, flange alignment and torquing. ➢ Ability to perform pipe cutting, grinding, threading and fitting as required. ➢ Experience with pressure testing, leak testing and line flushing. ➢ Ability to work from drawings and coordinate with welders, supervisors and technicians. ➢ Relevant trade certificate/qualification is preferred. ➢ Knowledge of gas-line installation safety and hazardous-area requirements. ➢ Must follow PTW, LOTO, hot-work and confined-space requirements where applicable. ➢ Valuable knowledge of PPE and basic HSE requirements. ➢ Must pass the company's practical/skill test and interview. ➢ Saudi/GCC site experience is preferred.++
