More than 10 Years Saudi/GCC and industrial experience preferred; good/very good English; strong HSE knowledge including PTW/LOTO and risk assessment; MS Office; AutoCAD preferred; SCE registration as applicable; valid work authorization; relevant certificates
Plumbing, firefighting, BMS & Civil
Asset management, SAP PM preferred, AutoCAD and MEP drawing knowledge preferred
PPM/CM planning, monitoring, breakdown and emergency maintenance
LV/MV as applicable, ATS, MDB/SMDB/DB, protection, criticality, condition assessment and lifecycle records
Fire alarm, firefighting and life-safety systems, Good knowledge of BMS and relevant ELV systems Energy Management
RCA, technical reporting, Strong CAFM/CMMS experience
Management
Communication & Leadership Skill
Team Management , Complaince SOP while Maintaining SOW
EHSS
Risk assessment, JSA/JHA and method statement review
Educational
Educational, experience and skilled certificates to be verified,



Saudi Council of Engineers registration as applicable
Reporting
Manage SLA/KPI, PPM compliance and client performance requirements, Spare-parts planning

Check vendor technical capability, verify company registration and documentation, evaluate delivery/response time, monitor vendor database & performance

Sub Contractor prepare & review service contracts, manage variations Order & additional works,BOQ/Material Review & Technical Evaluation resolve contractual issues and disputes,

Handle client complaints & operational issues, Negotiate timelines & priorities, resolve conflicts & contractual issues and service requirements while maintaining strong client relationships
Budget & Planning
Experienced in FM budget preparation, opex/capex planning, cost forecasting, budget monitoring and cost optimization
