- Manage end-to-end RFP / RFI / Tender / Bid activitiesn
- Analyze requirements, eligibility criteria, technical scope and evaluation parametersn
- Coordinate with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Finance, Legal, OEMs & Partnersn
- Develop compliance matrices, proposals, solution documents and executive summariesn
- Support solutioning, architecture, BoQ, effort estimation and commercial inputsn




- Prepare customer presentations, demos, solution workshops and proposal walkthroughsn
- Coordinate with OEMs/technology partners for technical inputs, pricing and authorization documentsn
- Maintain bid trackers, submission calendars and win/loss analysisn
- Build reusable proposal content, case studies, credentials and bid librariesn

nRequired Skills
nPre-Sales / Bid Management / Tender Management / Solution Consulting
nStrong RFP/RFI/Tender response & proposal writing experience
nUnderstanding of Enterprise IT, Cloud, APIs, Integration, Middleware, Data, Cybersecurity or related technologies
nExcellent PowerPoint, Excel & Word skills
nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
nAbility to manage multiple bids and strict deadlines
