- Provide L2 support for network incidents, service requests, and operational issues.n
- Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts proactively.n




- Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and WAN connectivity issues.n
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.n
- Escalate complex issues to L3 engineering teams when required.n
- Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and OLAs.n
- Network Administrationn
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, wireless access points, and controllers.n
- Support VLAN provisioning, trunking, port management, and network segmentation.n
- Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and NTP services.n
- Perform firmware and software upgrades on network devices.n
- Maintain network inventories and documentationn
